• In the preparation and processing of production and rework orders, you work in a structured and reliable manner
• You actively track the progress of orders and report the results back to the system
• You pick the required material for production and rework and make it available
• In the warehouse area, you ensure that ensure compliance with SOS standards
• Keep an up-to-date overview of raw part and pre-processing stocks
• Carefully document all material withdrawals and prepare regular reports
• Ensure smooth processes in close coordination with production and order management
• Organisation, overview and traceability in your area of responsibility at all times

• You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in scheduling and production management
• You are confident in using PC skills
• You have a car and driving licence
• You approach your tasks with commitment and independence
