• You will provide professional advice and support to our customers on all matters relating to products from our DIY range, from tools to gardening supplies
• On the shop floor, you will display the goods attractively and regularly restock shelves and display stands
• You will record customer orders correctly and oversee them from receipt through to handover
• You will carry out stock checks meticulously and assist with stock-taking
• You’ll actively support sales promotion activities and set up promotional displays in line with specified standards
• At the till, you’ll process payments accurately and in accordance with internal guidelines
• You handle complaints and returns professionally and with a customer-focused approach
• You check price labels and maintain order and cleanliness in your sales area

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a retail sales assistant (m/f/d), sales assistant (m/f/d) or specialist in furniture, kitchens and removal services (m/f/d)
• You have solid professional experience in the DIY sector and are familiar with industry-specific topics beyond traditional retail
• You are confident in using modern till systems and industry-standard stock management software
• You have native-level written and spoken German to ensure professional and error-free communication with customers
• You have a customer-focused mindset and impress with your strong communication skills in day-to-day customer interactions
• You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner
• You are reliable and handle the till, stock checks and price labelling with care
• A valid work permit and a permanent residence in Germany round off your profile
