Job description

  • You will be responsible for the careful recording and systematic filing of various English-language documents and emails in the digital archive structures provided for this purpose
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the precise allocation of all incoming correspondence to the respective projects or specialist departments within the entire operational system
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining the master data and ensure that all documents can be found by colleagues at all times through your focussed working methods
  • The checking of complex documents, some of which are multi-page, for completeness and formal correctness is also part of your daily commercial tasks
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the precise allocation of all incoming correspondence to the respective projects or specialist departments within the entire operational system,
  • Your daily commercial tasks also include checking complex, sometimes multi-page documents in English for completeness and formal correctness
  • As part of your job, you support the team with administrative matters and ensure a smooth flow of information between the various internal interfaces at the site
  • Finally, you are responsible for compliance with the specified documentation guidelines and make a significant contribution to order and efficiency in our customer's administration

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or foreign language correspondent (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have initial professional experience in the commercial sector or in administration, You have already gained routine in dealing with complex documents
  • You have a good knowledge of the common MS Office applications as well as your adept handling of modern IT systems, which makes you particularly suitable for this position
  • You have a native level of German and a very good command of written and spoken English to handle the extensive international specialist correspondence
  • Furthermore, you have a high level of concentration and a high degree of reliability, to work error-free even in recurring administrative processes
  • Finally, you have your own car to reach the remote company location and always work in a structured manner and with high quality standards
