• You will be responsible for the operation, servicing and maintenance of the process water system, the heat and steam generation systems, and the refrigeration system
• This role also involves monitoring and optimising technical processes
• You will also be responsible for managing the technical building services (TGA)
• You will also provide support in energy management
• In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing maintenance plans, as well as utilising digital tools
• Your responsibilities will also include documenting the work carried out and ensuring compliance with legal regulations
• Last but not least, you will collaborate with external service providers and internal specialist departments

• You have completed vocational training as an electrician (m/f/d), Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering (m/f/d), Mechanical Technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you will also have completed further training as a Technician (m/f/d) or as a master craftsman (m/f/d) in the industrial sector
• You also have previous experience in building services engineering, ideally with knowledge of process water, heating and refrigeration technology,
• You are confident using MS Office, particularly Excel
• Proficiency in spoken and written German and a valid work permit are also advantageous
• Furthermore, you are willing to be on call and to work occasionally at weekends
• Technical understanding and an interest in complex systems round off your profile
