• You create and maintain planning documents in 2D and 3D, mainly in work phases 3-5, depending on experience also proportionately in LPH 1-2
• In addition, you work on floor plans, sections, views, details and revision statuses
• in ArchiCAD you maintain models and plans and document your documents in a structured manner
• you support building applications and participate in coordination with authorities and specialist planners
• in addition, you carry out quantity and area calculations and compile approval and project documents
• on site you record inventories, also with the help of laser scanning technology
• if you wish, you can gain insights into work phases 6-8 and develop your skills there

• You have completed training as a draughtsman (m/f/d), technical draughtsman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You are confident in using CAD software (2D/3D); Knowledge of ArchiCAD is a plus, but not a requirement if you are a quick learner
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, especially for approval documents and coordination
• You are characterised by a careful, structured way of working and a keen eye for detail
