• You will be responsible for processing applications relating to driving licences
• This includes issuing driving licences following reissue, replacement or reinstatement
• You will also be responsible for processing applications following the withdrawal of a driving licence
• It is your responsibility to check that the legal requirements for the issue, re-issuance and transfer of driving licences
• You will also handle applications relating to lost, stolen and replacement driving licences
• Last but not least, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating data in the specialist systems, as well as preparing official notices

• You have completed a vocational training programme, for example as an administrative assistant (m/f/d), or have successfully completed Administrative Training Course I
• You’ll also be well prepared if you have completed a vocational training programme as an office management assistant (m/f/d), you’ll be ideally suited for the role
• Ideally, you’ll already have knowledge of driving licence law, or be willing to learn
• With your good IT and MS Office skills, you work confidently and efficiently
• When dealing with customers, you come across as friendly and confident
• You remain calm even in potentially conflict-prone situations
