• In this role, you will set up the mechanical and hydraulic presses whilst adhering to the applicable procedural, operational and work instructions
• You will be responsible for carrying out and documenting in-process inspections on green and sintered parts
• In the event of deviations, you will document the machine parameters and, where necessary, adjust them independently
• You will independently identify and rectify component faults and plant malfunctions
• You will carry out maintenance work on plant, taking risk assessments into account, for example replacing plant components, carrying out repairs and lubrication
• You will transport heavy tools using the necessary industrial trucks and lifting equipment; you will also handle equipment such as tools and measuring instruments – including callipers, probes and micrometres – in a professional manner
• You identify potential hazards, such as hazardous substances or moving machine parts, and implement remedial measures; you also ensure consistent and sustainable management of operational resources
• You enter all relevant information into the production and machine data acquisition (MDE/BDE) system and contribute to the optimisation of processes and production methods, for example through 5S measures, TPM and quality control

• You have completed a technical vocational training programme, for example as a machinist (m/f/d), toolmaker (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of setting up dry presses would be an advantage
• You have experience in using measuring equipment
• You have already gained comprehensive knowledge of the relevant health and safety regulations
• You have a good command of ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit for Germany, round off your profile
