• You will work in a residential group run by the Child and Youth Welfare Service with 9 residents
• You will organise the daily routine, cook and eat together, and put the children and young people to bed
• You will reliably ensure personal care, meals and appropriate clothing
• You provide support with homework as part of educational support
• Through relationship-building, you foster trust and provide guidance in everyday life
• You play an active role in organising leisure activities

• You have completed a state-recognised vocational training programme as a childcare worker (m/f/d), a special needs teacher (m/f/d) or a degree in special needs education (m/f/d), social education worker (m/f/d), special needs teacher (m/f/d), social care assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You are willing to work 24-hour shifts
• You are characterised by a strong sense of responsibility and an awareness of potential risks
