• You will be responsible for ensuring that the children’s daily routines are organised in a playful and age-appropriate manner
• In doing so, you will be responsible for the individual early childhood development of the children in your care
• You will implement educational activities and ensure the holistic care of the children in your care
• You provide the children with creative opportunities for communication and play
• You also draw up expert assessments of their developmental status
• You act responsibly and keep a ‘cool head’ even in critical situations
• you maintain regular dialogue with therapists, colleagues and parents

• You have completed a state-recognised vocational training programme as a nursery teacher (m/f/d), or as a specialist in early years education (m/f/d)
• You are characterised by a strong sense of responsibility and an awareness of potential hazards
• Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach come naturally to you
