• You will be responsible for the educational care and individual support of children with cognitive impairments as part of your day-to-day support role
• You will also be responsible for organising a structured daily routine and for the targeted delivery of creative and play-based support activities
• You will also look after the children on a shift basis during early and late shifts and take on regular weekend shifts
• Providing supportive and respectful assistance to the children with everyday tasks and in the development of their personal skills is also part of your role
• As part of your role, you will foster close collaboration with parents and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible support
• Furthermore, you will support the careful documentation of developmental milestones and individual support measures, in accordance with internal standards
• Finally, you will be responsible for creating a safe environment and ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations at the respective centre

• You have successfully completed training as a childcare worker (m/f/d), as a social education assistant (m/f/d) or a special needs care worker (m/f/d)
• you also have extensive experience in inclusion and in the specialist care of children with cognitive impairments
• You are distinguished by your flexibility in terms of working shifts, including early and late shifts, as well as weekend work
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, enabling you to communicate confidently within the team and document all measures
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of empathy, patience and sensitivity to the day-to-day support of the children:
• Finally, you are a strong team player, always work reliably and are characterised by a strong sense of responsibility
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
