• You actively organise close networking with outpatient services, exercise and relaxation programmes and other relevant agencies

• in addition, you promote school and leisure activities and support the children in their everyday life
• you ensure health care and prevention and accompany the children in their individual needs
• in addition, you teach practical life skills and actively participate in everyday planning

• You have completed training as an educator (m/f/d) with state recognition
• In addition, you have a driving licence and a car in order to reach the job site reliably
