• You will organise the children’s daily routine in a way that is both playful and educational, whilst being age-appropriate
• You will independently support and encourage the individual early childhood development of the children in your care
• You plan and implement educational activities and programmes
• You ensure the children’s holistic care, including personal care, nutrition and rest periods
• You support the children’s linguistic, motor and social development through creative communication and play-based activities
• You observe and document the children’s developmental progress and draw up expert assessments
• You will hold development and consultation meetings in regular dialogue with therapists, colleagues and parents
• You will ensure the children’s safety and well-being throughout the day, whilst fulfilling your duty of supervision

• You have completed a state-recognised vocational training programme as a childcare worker (m/f/d), a qualified educational specialist (m/f/d), a degree in special educational needs (m/f/d), social pedagogue (m/f/d), curative educator (m/f/d), social care assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification** **
• you have knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate support
• your creativity and empathy when working with children are your strong points
• You are characterised by your keen powers of observation and the ability to document and assess developmental stages clearly
• Proficiency in spoken German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You impress with your respectful and clear communication when interacting with parents, therapists and colleagues
