• You care for, support and guide children in their day-to-day life at the nursery in an educational and empathetic manner
• You carefully plan, run and prepare educational activities and projects
• You closely observe the children’s individual development and document it reliably
• You actively help to create a stimulating, safe and child-friendly learning and play environment
• You work closely with parents in a spirit of trust and facilitate discussions regarding the children’s development
• You play an active and committed role in implementing and further developing the educational and safety policies
• You work cooperatively as part of a team and regularly take part in meetings and further training
• You responsibly ensure supervision, hygiene, tidiness and compliance with relevant safety and security guidelines

• You have completed training as a nursery teacher (m/f/d), a special needs care worker (m/f/d), special needs teacher (m/f/d) or a degree in educational sciences
• you are characterised by an empathetic, respectful and participatory approach when working with children
• You must provide a current police certificate and certified copies of your qualification certificates
• You are willing to help shape concepts, procedures and team processes
• You enjoy educational work and have a keen sense of children’s individual needs
• A sense of responsibility, reliability and a high degree of teamwork are among your strengths
• Sensitivity to issues of child protection, duty of care, hygiene and safety are second nature to you
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a spirit of trust with parents, colleagues and external contacts round off your profile
