• You look after, support and accompany a fixed group of around 15 children aged 1 to 6 years with a pedagogical eye and a lot of heart
• You actively help to shape the daily routine, plan age-appropriate activities and implement creative play and educational programmes
• You support the social, creative and motor development of the children individually and provide a loving, safe environment

• You have completed three years of training as a state-recognised educator (m/f/d), educational specialist (m/f/d) or remedial teacher (m/f/d)
• You are characterised by empathy and enjoy working with children, and you always treat them with respect
• Even in lively situations, you keep an overview, act responsibly and are a reliable contact person
• Your strengths include teamwork and strong communication skills, and you maintain an open dialogue with colleagues and parents
• Good German language skills help you to communicate confidently
• You already have a valid work permit for Germany
