• You will organise the children’s daily routines in a way that is both playful and educational, and appropriate to their age
• You will be responsible for the individual early childhood development of the children in your care
• You will implement educational measures and ensure the holistic care of the children in your care
• You provide the children with creative opportunities for communication and play
• You regularly draw up expert assessments of their developmental status

• You have completed a state-recognised vocational training programme as a childcare worker (m/f/d), educational specialist (m/f/d), therapeutic care worker (m/f/d), social education worker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you are characterised by a strong sense of responsibility and an awareness of potential risks
