EHS Manager (m/f/d)

• You will develop, implement and monitor EHS standards and guidelines at the site
• You will carry out risk assessments and draw up operating instructions
• You will organise and deliver training and induction sessions on health and safety and environmental protection
• You will monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and environmental regulations
• You will analyse workplace accidents and use the findings to develop preventive measures
• You will act as the point of contact for authorities, employers’ liability insurance associations and external inspection bodies

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering or environmental management, or hold a comparable qualification, and have undertaken further training to become a health and safety specialist (m/f/d)
• You have relevant professional experience in the EHS sector of a manufacturing company
• You have a sound knowledge of the MS Office suite and standard EHS software
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Your strengths include excellent communication skills, assertiveness and the ability to work independently
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
