• You will actively support the experienced sub-project manager in all organisational and administrative aspects of complex projects in the field of energy and plant engineering
• You will also be responsible for actively participating in the preparation of upcoming contract awards and the associated key contract negotiations
• Furthermore, you will oversee the structured tracking of critical deadlines, key supplier feedback and general current project progress across all phases
• The careful management and ongoing maintenance of customer documents, technical documentation and complex project documentation are also part of your daily tasks
• As part of your role, you will support the organisational management of key testing and acceptance activities and independently prepare the associated reports
• Furthermore, you will support the project team by professionally preparing meaningful project evaluations, presentations and regular status reports for departmental management
• Finally, you will be responsible for the smooth coordination of internal and external project meetings, including the timely preparation of detailed minutes of the results

• You have successfully completed further training as a State-Certified Technician (m/f/d) specialising in Electrical Engineering or hold a comparable qualification
• Your solid commercial or technical training, for example as a Technical Systems Planner (m/f/d) in Electrical Systems, serves as a solid foundation for this role
• you also have at least three years’ solid professional experience in a comparable technical project support role or general project coordination
• Your expert knowledge in the demanding field of plant engineering, traditional energy generation or modern energy transmission sets you apart
• You possess sound, practical knowledge of AutoCAD and standard MS Office applications, particularly the spreadsheet programme Excel
• You have C1-level German language skills to ensure smooth communication, as well as good written and spoken English for international interfaces
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
