• You will lead a team of around 12 staff and coordinate production activities
• for the manufacture, assembly and final inspection of products such as coin validators, coin insertion locks and power supplies
• You carry out functional and quality tests, ensuring high standards are maintained
• You manage service and repair tasks to ensure product quality
• You plan the allocation of work and induct and train new staff
• You efficiently coordinate staff resources and holiday periods
• You ensure the timely provision of materials and assemblies
• You monitor production orders, deadlines, equipment, tools and quality tests such as temperature tests, and optimise processes using fault statistics

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you already have experience of leading a team
• you understand electrical diagrams and can work to them
• you have a good command of written and spoken German
• You have an interest in technology and enjoy exploring new approaches and trying things out
• Reliability, the ability to work well in a team, and an independent, goal-oriented way of working are your strengths
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
