• You will provide operational support to the team and division management (organisation and coordination of work processes, support of production, quality and deadline specifications, maintenance of the team board and participation in shop floor management and CIP activities)
• Active participation in the production process (participation in the assembly area II of pre-assembly electro, Ensuring a smooth production flow and identification of process deviations)
• You are responsible for coordination in day-to-day business (support in personnel deployment planning, recording and forwarding of problems, organisation of rework and retraining), organisation of rework as well as training and technical support for employees)
• You are also responsible for interface communication (close coordination with adjacent areas such as logistics, quality assurance, final assembly and maintenance to ensure the production process)
• You take care of the representation of the team leader (taking over the technical coordination, contact person in the operative production process, compliance with production specifications and maintenance of the team board with corresponding action tracking - including technical authority to issue instructions in the event of substitution)

• You have completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You also already have experience in the field of production and assembly
• You understand electrical diagrams and can work according to them
• You are characterised by a good command of spoken German
• You show a willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Reliability, ability to work in a team and an independent way of working speak in your favour
