• As part of your role in managing the council’s properties and street lighting, you will carry out professional electrical and maintenance work
• To ensure the smooth running of all drinking water and wastewater systems, you will carry out regular checks and maintenance tasks independently
• You will conscientiously apply your practical skills to the ongoing upkeep and repair of the council’s machinery
• As part of seasonal grounds maintenance and winter services, you’ll actively support the team with all tasks that arise
• To ensure high safety standards, you’ll always coordinate all upcoming work steps closely with your relevant colleagues
• In the event of unforeseen technical faults within the city, you will, following consultation, confidently undertake prompt troubleshooting and rectification

• You have completed vocational training as an electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) – these are the professional qualifications that set you apart
• you already have practical experience in technical maintenance and manual dexterity for this role
• You hold a valid Class B driving licence and are always willing to work flexible hours
• Your good to very good command of written and spoken German sets you apart personally
