• You will oversee the building services and ensure the energy supply
• You will carry out maintenance on air-conditioning and ventilation systems, as well as repairs to building services, to a professional standard
• You will supervise external contractors and fitters and act as their point of contact
• You will provide support to current construction sites as required

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have also already gained some experience
• you can read and work from electrical diagrams
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work shifts
• You also have a car to get to your place of work
