• You will carry out repair and maintenance work to monitor and ensure that various buildings remain in good overall condition
• You will also carry out DGUV V3 inspections
• You will identify faults in electrical systems, rectify them and repair the systems in the event of malfunctions
• You will also support the Central Building Services team as part of a 24-hour on-call rota

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an electrician (m/f/d) or an electronics technician specialising in energy and building services (m/f/d), or in a comparable field, such as building and infrastructure systems, automation and systems engineering or building systems integration
• your professional experience in the above-mentioned field will be an advantage
• Ideally, you have already passed the examination to become a qualified person in accordance with Section 2 of the BetrSichV and have experience in testing fixed and portable equipment, systems and distribution boards in accordance with DGUV V3
• Alternatively, you demonstrate a willingness to obtain the relevant qualification
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You also hold a Category B or BE driving licence
• You must be willing to work outside normal hours, including as part of a 24-hour on-call rota with a maximum personal response time of 20 minutes, as well as at events on weekends and public holidays
• You work independently, reliably and on your own initiative, and present yourself in a friendly and confident manner
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
