Electronics technician for energy and building technology (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• you’ll create wall openings and drill holes, and seal them back up professionally once the cables have been laid
• You’ll lay cables and wires in plastic conduits and cable ducts, both indoors and outdoors
• You’ll install and extend equipotential bonding systems, install earthing rods and fit equipotential bonding bars
• You will install and connect inverters, battery storage units and generator connection boxes
• You will carry out work on direct and alternating current systems
• You install and connect wall boxes indoors and outdoors, including laying and securing cables
• You carry out the conversion, extension and new installation of meter cupboards
• You will dismantle existing main supply cables and lay new ones between the service entrance box and the meter cupboard

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electrician (m/f/d), electrical installer (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have experience in electrical installation, ideally in the field of photovoltaics, storage technology or charging infrastructure
• You are confident in handling direct and alternating current systems
• You have knowledge of earthing and equipotential bonding
• You have a sound understanding of the applicable health and safety, security and electrical regulations
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• A Class B driving licence is an advantage, as you will be working at various client sites
• You are characterised by your manual dexterity and a meticulous, independent approach to your work
