• You will operate, monitor and maintain overhead line systems and substations for traction power supply
• You will also carry out switching operations on power supply systems in accordance with switching instructions
• You plan and organise maintenance and inspection appointments for substations
• You also maintain, test and repair electrical systems and components of the overhead line infrastructure
• You carry out fault-finding, fault rectification and repair work
• In addition, you carry out repair work on low-voltage systems for the drive technology of overhead line buses, as well as insulation, functional and safety tests
• Your remit also includes the operation, maintenance and upkeep of electrical systems in administrative, operational and workshop buildings, as well as repair, conversion and installation work on electrical systems and equipment
• You will reliably document the work and tests carried out and take part in on-call duty to ensure trouble-free operation

• You have completed a vocational training programme in electrical engineering, for example as an electronics technician (m/f/d), electrical systems fitter (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or in a comparable field
• You have also gained experience in the maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of electrical systems
• Knowledge of working with power supply systems, switchgear or traction power systems is an advantage
• You can confidently understand and apply technical documentation, circuit diagrams and test reports
• Furthermore, you have a good command of written and spoken German
• A willingness to take part in on-call duty is a given for you
• You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner, and demonstrate a high level of safety awareness when working with electrical systems
• The ability to work as part of a team, reliability and a valid work permit for Germany round off your profile
