• In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure professional communication both on site and over the phone
• You will carry out maintenance, inspections and repair work independently and with technical expertise
• In the event of faults, you will analyse the causes, rectify faults and carry out targeted repairs
• Safety and functional checks are just as much a part of your role as commissioning systems and providing thorough training for users
• You will also produce comprehensive documentation and reports, enter relevant data into IT systems and ensure that technical documentation is always up to date

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), electrical fitter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• your career to date has been characterised by initial professional experience in the field of electrical engineering
• you work confidently and efficiently with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit
• You also hold a Class B driving licence
• Reliability and the ability to work independently round off your profile
