• You will assemble, test and commission electronic assemblies and devices
• You will carry out THT and SMD soldering – including precision soldering work under a magnifying glass (e.g. PT100)
• You will carry out precision mechanical tasks such as pressing, joining, gluing and heat-shrinking
• You will assemble and terminate cables, including initial sample testing in accordance with drawings and data sheets
• You will carry out final testing of assemblies and devices in accordance with checklists and specification documents
• You will carry out fault analysis, repairs and logical troubleshooting
• You will ensure compliance with process parameters and quality specifications
• You will actively participate in continuous improvement measures and support Poka-Yoke approaches
• You will maintain, improve and safeguard work instructions and documentation

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d) for equipment and systems, a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have extensive experience in electronics manufacturing, ideally in an ISO 9001-certified environment
• you are fully aware of ESD requirements and, ideally, have experience in setting up ESD workstations
• you are confident using a PC, MS Office and, ideally, ERP systems (e.g. Epicor)
• You have excellent written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English
• A very high standard of quality awareness and a structured, meticulous approach to work are part of your skill set
