• You will be responsible for the assembly, installation and commissioning of electrical components, drives and control cabinets, including complete cabling and software installation
• You will be responsible for carrying out functional tests and final acceptance tests independently
• You will also be responsible for preparing and commissioning folding machines, special-purpose designs and new developments
• You will also analyse complex fault patterns in electrical components and independently rectify faults
• Your responsibilities will also include the electrical acceptance testing of end products and the authorisation of machines for dispatch
• You will be responsible for carrying out tests to determine reliability and consumption
• Last but not least, you will ensure that test runs are properly documented

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d) (e.g. in industrial engineering or automation technology), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d) or electromechanical technician (m/f/d)
• ideally, you already have some or several years’ experience in industrial assembly, control cabinet construction, machine installation or technical commissioning
• You are confident in reading and accurately implementing complex circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams and technical drawings
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs, e.g. Siemens TIA Portal/S7) and in drive technology would be a major advantage
• You have also already acquired sound electrical knowledge for the systematic analysis and rectification of faults and malfunctions on highly complex printing and finishing machines
• Proficiency in spoken German and a valid work permit round off your profile
