• You will develop maintenance standards and guidelines and monitor their implementation
• You will analyse faults, monitor system availability using key performance indicators, and initiate corrective action in the event of deviations
• You will monitor inspection intervals and safety equipment in accordance with DGUV, ASR and BG regulations, and ensure suitable spare parts are available
• You will support management in the development and implementation of maintenance standards
• You design programmes and training courses and organise their roll-out with regional staff
• You work with external service providers and monitor service levels
• You are the point of contact for guidelines, training and materials within the local organisation
• When implementing programmes, you will collaborate with stakeholders at the operational management level

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have several years’ experience in the field of maintenance
• experience in electrical and control engineering is also an advantage
• You can read and work from electrical diagrams
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work a three-shift system
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous and proactive approach to your work are your strengths
