• You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and servicing of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems. This includes injection moulding machines from the manufacturers Arburg and Wittmann-Battenfeld, handling systems from Arburg, Remak, Hahn and Wittmann as well as automatic assembly machines
• In addition, you will be responsible for determining and rectifying the causes of faults
• You will take responsibility for individual projects in compliance with operational and legal requirements as well as safety and hygiene regulations
• In addition, you will carry out conversion work, support the construction and commissioning of new production facilities
• you analyse and document faults and malfunctions in operating equipment and also carry out DGUV 3 tests on electrical equipment
• you also take care of the assembly of components according to drawings and parts lists
• you are also responsible for the maintenance and servicing of technical building systems
• last but not least, you coordinate external companies

• You have completed training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d), industrial electrician (m/f/d), energy system electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You also have several years of professional experience in the field of maintenance, ideally in the maintenance and repair of injection moulding machines
• good technical knowledge of injection moulding machines, mainly Arburg and Battenfeld, as well as the associated handling and peripheral equipment, speak in your favour
• you will also benefit from knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics
• you will also have a good command of spoken German and a valid work permit
• flexibility and a willingness to be on call at weekends are part of your profile
