• You maintain, inspect and repair industrial sewing machines and associated equipment
• In the event of mechanical, pneumatic or electrical faults, you systematically troubleshoot the problem and rectify the causes
• You set up the machines for different materials and sewing processes, calibrate them and optimise the settings
• You plan and carry out preventive maintenance measures independently in accordance with the maintenance schedule
• You carefully document the work carried out and maintain the maintenance and inspection records
• In the event of technical problems or process deviations, you provide on-site support to the production team
• You will be involved in the procurement, installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment
• You will comply with the applicable safety and quality requirements during all maintenance work

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d)
• You have a good understanding of mechanics; knowledge of pneumatics and electrical engineering would be an advantage
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work shifts
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
