• You will assist with the provision of emergency medical care to patients and provide initial treatment at the scene
• You will accompany and monitor the safe and patient-centred transport to the appropriate hospital or facility
• In emergency and crisis situations, you deal sensitively with patients, their relatives and other parties involved
• You monitor and assess vital signs and initiate necessary measures within the scope of your responsibilities
• During the call-out, you coordinate with colleagues in the ambulance service, A&E doctors, the control centre, hospitals, the police, the fire service and other authorities
• You hand over patients to the receiving hospital staff in a structured manner
• You carry out quality assurance measures and carefully document call-outs and the actions taken
• You ensure the operational readiness of the ambulance service’s resources by checking, restocking and maintaining vehicles, equipment and supplies so that they are ready for use
• You carry out hygiene measures, cleaning and disinfection of emergency vehicles and medical equipment in accordance with applicable guidelines

• you have successfully completed your training as a paramedic (m/f/d)
• you have in-depth knowledge of emergency medical care and patient monitoring
• In emergency and crisis situations, you remain calm, resilient and act decisively
• You treat patients and their relatives with empathy and respect
• You excel in communication and teamwork when liaising with A&E doctors, the control centre, hospitals and authorities
• Your profile includes written and spoken German language skills as well as a valid work permit
• A meticulous and structured approach to your work comes naturally to you
