• You will be responsible for telephone customer support for property enquiries
• You will be responsible for processing prospective property customers, maintaining customer data in the system, obtaining consent for brokerage activities and sending property exposés to customers
• You will also be responsible for processing the property objects, checking the completeness of all sales-relevant documents, quality assurance of the exposé and the offer as well as the dispatch of property objects to searchers

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), real estate agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you have gained experience in property management
• you focus on service orientation and communication skills
• you are confident in using a PC
• you have a good command of written and spoken German
• reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
