• You will be responsible for the technical and managerial supervision of the project and site managers (m/f/d) and will actively support them in their challenging projects
• You will also be responsible for the targeted acquisition of new clients and projects, and will act as a reliable point of contact (m/f/d) for your existing clients
• Furthermore, you will provide technical guidance to your team on complex technical issues relating to innovative solutions for modern network infrastructures
• Your responsibilities also include the ongoing organisation and targeted development of the entire structural and procedural organisation within your area of responsibility
• As part of your role, you will ensure consistent compliance with all relevant legal regulations, standards and internal guidelines across all energy projects
• Furthermore, you will support close cross-functional collaboration with related departments to continuously optimise company-wide processes
• Finally, you will be responsible for the strategic development of your team, with a focus on the ongoing digitalisation of future-proof energy infrastructures

• You have completed further training to become a Master Craftsman (m/f/d) or Electrical Engineering Technician (m/f/d), as well as an apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering (m/f/d) or an Electrician (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ solid experience in a senior management role within a technical, infrastructure or construction-related business environment
• Your sound knowledge and proven practical project experience in the field of renewable energy, charging infrastructure or modern storage technologies, set you apart in your day-to-day work
• your business-fluent command of German, both spoken and written, enables you to communicate successfully with all stakeholders on a daily basis
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking and a strong focus on customers’ needs
• Finally, you are extremely conscientious and always work in a goal-oriented, in a structured manner and with great enthusiasm for forward-looking technology projects
