• You will take on the technical and managerial leadership of a small, dynamic team in the field of modern energy and electrical engineering
• You will also be responsible for operational planning, management and successful implementation of challenging projects at various locations in North Rhine-Westphalia
• Furthermore, you will oversee the continuous development of operational processes and ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of all projects
• Regular coordination with clients and external partners is also part of your day-to-day operational duties
• As part of your role, you will support the company’s strategic direction and actively facilitate change processes to optimise workflows
• Furthermore, you will support the technical induction of new team members and promote their individual professional development within the day-to-day working environment
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety-related requirements and will contribute to the continuous improvement of overall customer satisfaction

• Successful completion of further training to become a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or industrial foreman (m/f/d) specialising in electrical engineering will provide you with top-level qualifications
• A completed technical apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d) in industrial electronics or as an electrical systems fitter (m/f/d) will provide you with a solid foundation of knowledge
• You also bring solid professional experience in technical team leadership and a strong understanding of operational project management
• You stand out thanks to your confident knowledge of common ERP systems and MS Office, as well as a valid driving licence for regional travel
• You have excellent written and spoken German, at native speaker level, to ensure smooth communication with all partners
• Furthermore, you possess a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work well in a team, enabling you to successfully achieve the goals set together with your team
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
