Job description

  • You will oversee the online sales of electricity and gas products throughout Germany and thus actively shape the energy transition
  • You will be responsible for the sales-side handling of the change of supplier, ensuring smooth processes
  • you are committed to looking after existing customers and ensuring long-term customer loyalty
  • monitoring the ordering process and optimising data to ensure contractual relationships (APERAK) are part of your area of responsibility
  • for the supplier switch or moving out, you will create precise process documents (PDOCS)
  • you will handle complex clarification cases in the context of supplier changes independently
  • you will create customised tariff offers tailored to customer enquiries
  • you will handle complaints professionally and conduct respectful correspondence

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d)
  • You have sound knowledge of SAP and can use it confidently in day-to-day business
  • Knowledge of the business processes for supplying customers with electricity (GPKE) and for switching gas suppliers (GeLi-Gas) are an advantage for you
  • You feel confident in using the common MS Office products
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and can handle all the tasks of this position with confidence
  • You have a valid work permit and reside in Germany, to be able to carry out all tasks without restriction
  • A high degree of personal responsibility and motivation characterise your way of working
  • Flexibility, communication and teamwork skills are a matter of course
