• You will support the project management team in the planning, preparation and coordination of maintenance and service calls at HVDC and FACTS installations
• when organising maintenance campaigns, you coordinate dates, resources and material requirements with customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments
• You will create, maintain and manage technical and organisational documentation in a structured manner throughout the entire duration of the projects
• By creating and maintaining work plans and service orders, you will ensure the efficient implementation of planned maintenance measures
• During and after assignments, you assist with quality checks, evaluate results and prepare for client meetings
• Furthermore, you work closely with internal teams and actively support the continuous optimisation of all service processes

• You have completed technical training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d), a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or an electronics technician for automation technology (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have some initial professional experience in maintenance, technical service or the operational planning of electrical systems
• You stand out thanks to your confident knowledge of MS Office and initial practical experience in using modern maintenance or CMMS systems
• You have business fluent German at C1 level as well as good English skills to ensure smooth communication in an international environment
• Your structured approach to work, your strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills enable you to coordinate successfully with global clients
• to fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
