• You coordinate the holistic planning, technical management and strategic control of complex IT projects in the ERP area in close coordination with all departments involved
• You are responsible for the continuous ERP administration of the Proalpha system, individual customising and first and second level support for users:
• In the event of malfunctions or questions, you will provide competent IT support for colleagues throughout the entire group of companies and thus ensure smooth operations
• You will act as the central contact person in interface management, actively communicate with external service providers and consultants, and manage and control the ERP system:and consultants and manage successful collaboration on technical projects
• You independently design and conduct targeted training courses for internal employees to ensure that the ERP system is used safely in the company on a permanent basis
• During the implementation phase, you accompany and coordinate the introduction of new IT systems and ensure integration into the existing infrastructure, taking internal guidelines into account
• As part of your role, you are responsible for being on call every three to four weeks in return for an allowance and support your colleagues in urgent technical problems

• A successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable technical degree programme forms the theoretical basis for your daily work
• Sound professional experience in dealing with ERP systems, ideally with the Proalpha system, as well as experience from a manufacturing company form the foundation for your new position
• Your solid knowledge of common Microsoft system environments and proficiency with modern Office365 tools characterise you as an experienced IT specialist in your day-to-day work
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for communication with external partners:and service providers
• You are characterised by proactive cooperation and a structured and independent way of working, whereby you also actively support your colleagues in the area of infrastructure if required
• In addition to your technical expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
