• Following your induction, you will be responsible for the administration of the Infor ERP system as well as the warehouse management and production data collection systems
• When software updates are due, you will coordinate testing with the specialist departments and oversee the implementation of these tests
• You will check that interfaces are functioning correctly and make any necessary adjustments
• In the ticketing system, you will process support enquiries, classify them and ensure they are dealt with
• You will create SQL queries and database views, as well as analyses and reports in the ERP system, thereby supporting the business departments with IT-related issues

• You have successfully completed a degree in IT or an IT apprenticeship, for example as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d)
• You have several years’ experience in managing ERP systems in manufacturing companies, ideally with Infor ERP
• your skills include the administration of various SQL database systems as well as the creation of complex SQL queries and database views
• you have a basic understanding of IT infrastructures comprising networks, servers, clients and databases
• You are fluent in German (at least C1 level) and work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner, whilst also enjoying working as part of a team and acting as an internal consultant and sparring partner for the specialist departments
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
