• You will independently prepare heating and service charge statements for a specific group of customers, whilst ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
• You will answer enquiries from your client base regarding heating and service charge statements professionally, whether in writing, by telephone or by email
• You will also carefully check and enter the data and supporting documents relevant to the statements into the IT systems
• You will reliably handle day-to-day correspondence with internal and external contacts as part of your daily work
• You will work closely with upstream and downstream specialist departments to develop customer-focused solutions
• You will clarify enquiries and complaints regarding issued bills in a transparent manner and make corrections where necessary
• You will proactively tackle new areas and contribute your own suggestions for the ongoing optimisation of processes

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as a property sales assistant (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or industrial sales assistant (m/f/d)
• you have already gained some initial professional experience in a commercial role or in preparing invoices, as well as in

customer communication over the telephone

• you have sound IT skills and a very good grasp of numbers
• your strong communication skills are a real asset
• a good command of written and spoken German is part of your profile
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
• You enjoy working as part of a team and are reliable
• You are characterised by a conscientious and meticulous approach to your work
