• You will source and support property owners, as well as prospective buyers and tenants, in the residential and commercial property sectors
• You will professionally value and market properties by devising tailored strategies and preparing property brochures
• You will conduct viewings and advisory meetings independently, impressing clients with your expertise
• You will lead negotiations and confidently finalise purchase and tenancy agreements
• You will proactively build and maintain a long-term client network
• You will independently organise and manage the entire brokerage process, from client acquisition through to the signing of contracts

• You have several years’ professional experience as a estate agent (m/f/d)
• You have a proven track record of success in the sale or letting of property
• You also have a good knowledge of the regional property market
• You hold a Class B driving licence, which you use in your day-to-day work
• You are characterised by a confident manner and strong communication and negotiation skills
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, with a high level of self-motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset
