• You will independently prepare quotations for projects in the field of control cabinet construction
• You will also draw up detailed material cost estimates and bills of materials based on circuit diagrams and design documentation
• You will then liaise closely with the design and procurement departments to ensure realistic prices and delivery times
• You will be responsible for evaluating and maintaining price lists, framework agreements and supplier terms in the ERP system
• In your role, you will review and interpret the TAB Berlin guidelines and project-relevant standards (DIN EN 61439, VDE 0100) as the basis for costing
• You will assist in the further development of internal costing standards and processes

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship, e.g. as an electronics technician (m/f/d), technical draughtsman (m/f/d), electrical engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You must have several years’ experience in cost estimation for control cabinets or electrical systems
• You are confident in using ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Navision or similar)
• You’ll have a real advantage if you’re well versed in the relevant standards for control cabinet construction and the TAB Berlin
• You also have a basic knowledge of WSCAD or EPLAN, enabling you to read and evaluate bills of materials and material lists independently
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are characterised by a structured approach to work, commercial acumen and technical understanding
