• You will be responsible for exports, dispatch and customs clearance
• You will be responsible for creating dispatch labels and freight documents for DHL, UPS and FedEx
• You will also be responsible for freight forwarding orders
• Creating, maintaining and systematically documenting all relevant shipping and export documents in the ERP system rounds off your role

• you have completed a vocational qualification, e.g. as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), industrial business administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have already gained professional experience in the tasks mentioned
• your business-fluent written and spoken English is a strong point
• you are known for your reliable approach to work
