• In this role, you will handle customer enquiries and orders relating to exports, acting as the first point of contact for your customers
• You will enter orders into the ERP system and manage them from acceptance through to delivery
• You will coordinate on-time deliveries with hauliers and keep track of the transport process
• Once delivery has been completed, you will prepare the final invoicing
• For the international movement of goods with third countries and within the EU, you will prepare and check the necessary export and customs documents
• You will carry out calculations relating to the origin of goods and preferential tariffs independently
• Before deliveries are authorised, you check business partners and orders against sanctions lists
• You maintain customer, product and order data carefully and keep it up to date in the ERP system

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), an industrial business administrator (m/f/d) or a wholesale and foreign trade business administrator (m/f/d), or a successfully completed degree in business administration
• You have in-depth knowledge and several years’ experience in the field of international trade
• You are familiar with export and customs documents, as well as calculations relating to the origin of goods and preferential tariffs
• You are confident in using MS Office and ERP systems
• You have strong communication skills and present yourself confidently when dealing with customers, freight forwarders and service providers
• You are characterised by a structured and meticulous approach to your work
• You have business-level proficiency in spoken and written German and English, and a valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
