• You ensure the timely handling of dangerous goods shipments and plan them carefully
• You prepare shipping and transport documents including ADR and IMO documents reliably and completely
• You prepare export documents accurately and legally compliant based on the codes according to EZT
• You are independently responsible for the comprehensive transport processing and deadline monitoring of shipping orders from our international customers

• You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have several years of experience in the above-mentioned field
• Export experience characterises you
• You can demonstrate a sound knowledge of MS Office and experience with merchandise management systems
• Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English speak in your favour
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented work is a matter of course for you
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team, interest, motivation and initiative round off your profile
