• You will coordinate shipments with hauliers and transport service providers and arrange collections and delivery dates
• You will carefully prepare freight and customs documents and check them for accuracy and completeness
• You will prepare export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists and export paperwork
• You will provide support throughout the export process, from order acceptance through to delivery
• You will track shipments and keep customers and internal departments informed of their status
• You liaise with customers, freight forwarders and authorities in German and English
• You independently resolve queries and discrepancies regarding deliveries and documents with the parties involved

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk

(m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d),

Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk (m/f/d)

or a comparable qualification

• You have experience in administration, office organisation, logistics or customer service
• You have a basic understanding of customs and foreign trade
• You are confident using MS Office and the IT system
• You have good written and spoken German and English
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
