• You will process orders independently in the SAP system and monitor logistics processes
• You will track deliveries, handle complaints and keep all parties involved up to date
• You ensure efficient stock management and document all stock movements
• You also check incoming and outgoing goods, issue delivery notes and maintain master data in the system

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• You also have in-depth knowledge of export procedures, preferential trade rules, certificates of origin and the preparation of customs documents
• You are confident in using customs software such as ATLAS, AEB or SAP (SD/MM)
• Your profile is rounded off by knowledge of payments and contracts, in particular letters of credit and Incoterms
