• You will independently prepare, edit and check international delivery and customs documents, whilst complying with the latest foreign trade regulations
• In accordance with customs and foreign trade legislation, you will prepare export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin
• You will draw up quotations professionally and follow them up in close consultation with the external sales team
• You will handle orders holistically and on time, from ordering through to delivery
• You will enter orders and maintain order data in the ERP system
• You will coordinate dispatch and delivery dates with hauliers, the warehouse and customers
• As the point of contact (m/f/d) for international customers, you will clarify enquiries and delivery situations in German and English
• You will represent the company at national trade fairs and provide active on-site support

• You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship, for example as a foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d)
• You have solid professional experience in international sales or export processing
• You have a good command of spoken and written German and English
• You are confident in using standard IT systems and ERP software
• Knowledge of customs procedures and experience in dealing with foreign trade regulations are assets
• You have excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented approach
• A passion for cross-cultural customer interaction, combined with an independent and structured approach to work, rounds off your profile
