• You will handle domestic and international consignments in accordance with internal and external dispatch requirements, whilst reliably keeping track of deadlines
• You will request and correctly draw up all necessary export documents, such as export accompanying documents, certificates of origin and movement certificates, and prepare them in accordance with the relevant regulations
• You will place freight forwarding orders independently and draw up the relevant transport documents
• You will issue invoices for spare parts deliveries in accordance with country-specific requirements
• You will carefully check consignment notes, supplier’s declarations and proof of export
• You handle import consignments reliably

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification
• You have professional experience in handling domestic and international freight shipments; experience in mechanical and plant engineering is an advantage
• You are confident using SAP/R3, the MS Office suite and the ATLAS login system
• You have a good command of written and spoken English
• Teamwork and communication skills are among your strengths
• A responsible and independent approach to work rounds off your profile
