• You will be responsible for preparing and checking export documents, as well as processing international shipping orders
• You will be responsible for coordinating transport, processing and checking export declarations, and maintaining export-related data
• Communication and close coordination with customers, suppliers and service providers
• In addition, you will check and ensure compliance with statutory export regulations
• You will be responsible for managing international client relationships (particularly in the USA, Australia and Japan)
• Optimising shipping and customs processes rounds off your role

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have already gained professional experience in the field of exports as well as in-depth knowledge of customs clearance, enabling you to handle complex international shipping processes with confidence
• Your solid knowledge of standard IT skills and your experience in using ERP systems and export software are a strong point in your favour
• You naturally possess native-level written and spoken German, as well as very good English skills for day-to-day communication
• You possess a high degree of intercultural competence and are a strong team player
