• You will process and handle export orders independently
• You will prepare and check order, dispatch and export documents
• You will compile customs and export documents in accordance with the applicable regulations
• You will organise and coordinate international shipments
• You will liaise with freight forwarders, customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments
• You will monitor delivery dates and dispatch processes
• You will handle customs and export formalities
• You will maintain customer, order and dispatch data in the ERP system
• You prepare dispatch and delivery documents as well as invoices
• You resolve delivery and dispatch issues
• You assist with the optimisation of export and dispatch processes

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the field of exports, international order processing or dispatch
• you also have a good understanding of customs and foreign trade law, as well as experience with export and dispatch documents
• you are confident in using MS Office, the ERP system and SAP
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English
• You have strong organisational skills and are highly customer- and service-oriented
